Faraja Africa Foundation as the gold standard for youth-led and youth-serving organisation in East Africa. Since 2013, FAF has convened reflection spaces and platforms for young people to share their voices and advocate for fair and inclusive policies in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
All applicants must have completed their formal education at a recognized and accredited university. This requirement ensures a solid foundation in knowledge, while ethical standards and policy advocacy are considered additional advantages.
Beyond qualifications, we seek individuals with strong moral character. You must be diligent in your duties, respectful to colleagues, and unwavering in integrity. We’re building a family, not just a team, and values are our backbone.
